Recumbent bicycles are mainly used for exercise. As they provide different benefits for men and women, most physicians and personal trainers recommend them for people of all fitness levels. They offer you a few cardio exercises that put no force on your knees and other joints. Since their seats are much larger than other exercise bicycles, they are perfect for people who are overweight. Athletes choose these bicycles as a challenge. Recumbent bicycles are easy to use even for people with back and knee problems.

An electric bike is for all intents and purposes a normal everyday bicycle that has been equipped with an electric motor to assist in its propulsion. These motors are, limited by Federal Law, to 750 watts of power and 20 miles per hour top speed.

I am getting a 600 watt amp, with 2 12inch kicker comps(already have) do i need a new altinator?

The comp 12's are 150 rms apiece, giving you 300 rms together. RMS are what you listen to constately, never go by peak watts. With that said you need to match the the rms of the subs to the rms of the amp. I would really suggest the Kicker ZX 300.1 mono amp http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6750_Kicker+ZX300.1.html that would go perfect with those subs. And you don't need a altenator to go with that system. Good luck.
